HERE’S HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
WHAT IS AN EXERCISE SPECIALIST
A trainer who is an Exercise Specialist has education and experience to assist clients to exercise who have medical conditions or injuries. Beyond the typical fitness trainer, an Exercise Specialist will be able to provide safe, effective, and activity guidelines that take into account the client’s current fitness level, injuries, and chronic diseases.

“Laura blew me all away with her depth of knowledge on the body, intuition, problem-solving skills, and gift of touch. She is ahead of her time with her approach to Scoliosis and I highly recommend you get this woman in your studio, or take her training, she is amazing. Thank you Laura! We can’t wait to have you back!”
“This year has opened up more opportunities to learn online and I have worked with Laura Hausler in Seattle to learn more about Scoliosis. Some things I have worked with her on are for myself and also taking her training for my clients. I have felt how the placement of my feet, small awarenesses in a certain area, and breathing have made a world of difference! I highly recommend Laura and I thoroughly enjoyed this learning process. Her cues are the best and she can make the easiest movement feel like a full-body exercise! “
